How to run ISO

Firstly, I've configured my epsxe and downloaded Digimon World 2 from coolrom. Then I saw this thing about needing to have winrar so I downloaded winrar and my Digimon game turned from winzip icon to winrar icon. When I tried to "Run ISO" and search for the digimon game its not in the file. But when I open my downloads file separately the digimon game is there. I did some research it said ISO files need not be extracted, it has to be burnt to a disc. Is there an alternative method, since my laptop doesnt have a disc slot? Ps if question sound dumb, not IT inclined here :X Pls help rly wanna play the game..

What you need to do is use Winrar to extract the game from the .rar file, otherwise you won't be able to play.

but when I extract files it says "no archives found" wat does it mean?

You need to Extract it to ISO file (IMG, BIN) before epsxe can read the game.
