No Dreamcast BIOS.bin

I have downloaded the better official Sega emulator in this site and it comes without the dc_BIOS.bin file. Why?
It's too old the emulator that i have to get it from other place? OH! and it gives the error for sure for not having it.

A bios is a copy of the console code, if the emulator included it, the author could be fined or worse. Roms and bios files are copy righted you can not just pass them around. You can find them on the net but we here also do not care to be fined, as our rules state. we can not help you with this only advice you.
