Hi.
So, I been trying to change the resolution in options. And I do, but, I don?t see any difference between each other. Maybe I?m doing something wrong?
Thanks in advance!

It does make a small different, but since PSX 1.13 doesn't improve the look past original Playstation, you can hardly tell the difference. Im pretty sure you would know the difference if you, lets say, change the resolution to 640x480 fullscreen to 1280x600 fullscreen
Yes, you were right. I see it now. Weird, Vagrant Story looks the same always, but every other game changes a bit, haha.
You can always try emulators that enhance that looks of a game, like ESPXE.![]()
The PSx had several different resolutions, but a majority ran at 320x240. Colony Wars ran at a bit higher at 512x384, and a few such as Tobal No. 1 and 2 ran at a full 640x480. No matter what you do going over 640x480 is pointless. If you see any difference its not game resolution.
The psx US version used a NTSC signal. This was a low res and Interlaced (i.e less then 200 in horizontal) . So simply playing the game on a computer (Non-Interlaced) already doubles the resolution (320x240). So if you set the res on the computer to 640x480 you have effectively multiplied the resolution by 4 in the horizontal direction. Going over 640x480 just stretches the pixels as there is no more detail to achieve.
