Final Fantasy VII

I recently created an ISO for my copy of Final Fantasy VII, and it works fine until I enter battle. In battle, whenever I select any command it takes it a momment to do the action. ie. put the little white finger on the target. I know its not my system...amd athlon 3000+ 64 bit, asus mobo, 512 mb ram, 128mb vid card etc. I'm using Pete's Open GL driver 2.6, Eternal SPU plugin 1.4, and ePSXe CDR WNT/W2K core 1.5.2. for my plugins. I also can't get Chrono Cross to work at all..I can get to the screen where I enter my name and then it kinda goes wham. Final Fantasy Tactics also does some screwy stuff, but it plays fine.

I fixed it...I'm using epsx and there was an option to fix battle swirling...chose that and it fixed my problem too.
