The usual utter total lack of information....

What emulator and version are you using?

What happens when you try running it?

Tell us all the error messages ... etc

Well, neogeo games have to have the neogeo bios roms added into the game zip file, in order to play them on mame32. ( I can only guess that those are the files you were missing)

You only need the roms in the proper BIOS zip, you do not need to add them to every game.

Are you sure? In mame version .90 there is no longer a bios file in the menu. I tried it in version version .90 and it would not work. But it would in an older version I have, I think it was version 80 something.
