Is this an emulator or ROM issue?

I've been experimenting with two different N64 emulators on my Android phone. Now the issues I'm having I'm unsure if they're with the emulators themselves or the ROM files. Some games have missing textures, some won't even load up, or some will have music but with a black screen.

I'm using a Motorola Droid Razr on Android version 4.1.2

Usually it is an emulator issue. Sometimes it might even be a hardware issue.

My guess is the emulator simple does not support the game(s). Look for a compatibility list on the home page.
