Save files TGB and VBA issue

Hello there, im new on this forum. I have a problem loading save files from vba to tgb, i have read the guide here, but it didnt help much. Im using the battery save-file, copied both the save file and the rom in the tgb save directory. The pokemon crystal room loads fine, but for some reason i get no option to continue game, only start a new one. What im i doing wrong?

nevermind, found a vba version that worked, no more bs from tgb.
