Anybody know what's up? I saw videos of the new dreamcast emulator released late last year, and they've all had solid frame rates, yet the Note 3 is a top tier modeland is lagged to he'll



I turned all the settings off and still nothing.



Can anybody here tell your exact settings for Reicast, so I'll be able to copy what you guys have?
