Default Running an Emulator on a Server (Linux)

We want to be able to run an emulator of some kind (NES/SNES/GB, preferred) on a server from command line and then access the raw input/output so we can direct it to some kind of external interface (like an HTML 5 canvas or flash video, etc.). Does anyone know if something like this has been done or where we can start to figure it out?

Sorry for any confusion. Any help we been appreciated and we can clarify anything if needed.

    Hey there,

There is a web site that does provide a similar sort of service. You can see their site for details on how they did it. Site is online-console.com
