Gba4ios and gearboy mess up my iphone

whenever i download any emulator on my iphone without a jailbreak it always messes my iphone up making it so i cant go on the app store and other apps that require internet connection.(i can go on the but it always says there is an error like the feed dont load or cant connect to the app store) so making them useless and this also makes it so that when people send me a text through imessage it dosnt go through its like it blocks all the internet connection on my phone. please if anyone know a fix for this help me

Go to Settings> General> block under VNS should say something about gba4iOS> click on it> click REMOVE. Shut off iProduct..turn on and you should be fine.

I have this problem on my iPod, and block vns isent in the general folder in settings, where else could I find the solution?
