Thread: How to make Snes9x OPEN in full screen? & weird symbol in lower right side of screen?

Default How to make Snes9x OPEN in full screen? & weird symbol in lower right side of screen?

    I have Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit.

I've tried unchecking "Emulate full screen" but then doesn't allow me to press Esc to select File, Emulation, etc, esc simply makes the window from full screen to the smaller window. This is a pain.

It also includes a distracting annoying symbol in the lower right hand corner. Seen here: http://imgur.com/a/ZcHcS

    How can I fix this?

I'm getting the same weird symbol in the lower right hand side of Project 64! What the heck is going on....???????? It's so distracting and ugly.

Edit: actually this one's a little different, it has a red line through it. What the heck??

Well all I can say is that windows 8 for you. That symbol is not from the emulator and the escape knocking you out is not either.
Original, the only way to play.

Figured it out! Someone told me on reddit.

"This is because of NVidia Shadowplay. On my PC for some reason this icon was showing up even when shadowplay was turned off. You can disable this icon in the options. I'll add a picture showing how if anyone needs it later when I am on my computer instead of my phone.

EDIT: How to turn it off http://imgur.com/wRcbcqq"

So if anyone has an Nvidia graphics card and sees this, that's what it is.
