Default Good enough for great running SFF?

Here are the specs on the new machine I am going to use for my emulator...are they good enough for SFF to run optimally?

Athlon Phenom II (Dual Core 3.65 GHZ)
    Zotac 9800 GT 1GB 256-bit GDDR3 (550 MHz/1800 MHz) Graphics Card
    4 GB Memory...

I have read sites with ridiculous requirements for SFF so I was curious what really worked and didnt..

I am assuming my current P4 1 GHZ 1.5 GB RAM with an older ATI AIW 8500 Pro card wont do the trick for SFF...

    Thanks!

Pretty good. The only emulator that will give you issues is dolphin but you can beat that by over clocking to 4g or more. Saturn emulation worked find for me on my Phenom. Thou I have to say once I got my ivy bridge running at near 5g's ever emulator bowed down to it.
Original, the only way to play.

Thanks, I dont use my main PC for gaming and I know that would be great for the SFF, but that machine isnt in my man cave and away from everyone for proper play!!
