Downloading Crash Team Racing, file type problem

I've downloaded a CTR rom but it comes as a .cue and a .bin file. how do i convert it to the one needed for epsxe? I thought I had crash team racing on my computer as I've played it before... bvut I've lost it

espxe will load bin/cues just fine. Try another plug-in.
