Dolphin Emulator Issues...

The one you used is one of development versions. (you might say is Beta).

Taken from Official Page :

Development versions are released every time a developer makes a change to Dolphin, several times every day! Using development versions enables you to use the latest and greatest improvements to the project. They are however less tested than stable versions of the emulator.

Which means the emulator may cause bugs or problems as it was not really tested as all.

Try to use the Stable version of Dolphin which is 3.5 (look down that page if you missed it) and see how it goes.

And if the sound is too buggy and glitchy, I think you should try running DSP LLE plugin, according to dolphin emulator FAQ.
