It is true that there is a PS3 emulator, but it doesn't run any games yet. If you find an emulator that claims to run PS3 games, its most likely fake and/or a malicious virus. Same thing goes with systems like PSVita, Xbox360, WiiU, and 3DS.

The current PS3 emulator is only able to run a few amount of homebrew apps but that is all.
