In search of an emulator guru! Willing to reward for help

Hey guys I am looking to update or fix all existing emulators that I have an add some more as well. I need someone who is an expert and is willing to take the time to chat and walk me through things to get me updated. I am willing to pay a reasonable reward $ for help. I am looking for the following best and most updated emulators for the following systems

MAME/ Arcade
NES
SNES
N64
Sega Genesis
Sega CD
Sega Saturn
Sega Dreamcast
Turbo Grafx 16/ PC Engine
Atari 2600/ 7800
Virtual Boy
Atari Lynx
Gameboy Color
Neo Geo
Atari Jaguar

You need to define best.

most accurate
fastest
highest compatibility
Easiest to use.

For example nes:
bnes most accurate
jnes easiest to use
fastest most all are fast
fwNES most compatible

I'd say most user friendly and easiest to use.....newest....

Then just go here. We have done this for you over the years. Its very up to date IMO.

I don't see Sega CD, Atari 2600/7800, Atari Lynx or Atari Jaguar anywhere.....any ideas where those can be found? Again thanks so much....this is awesome.

Or sorry , Atari threatened us to take atari emulation down. We can no longer even talk about it here. All sega emulators also do sega cd.
