Question: Approximate estimation of DIFFICULTY of Wii U Emulator?

First off, yes, I am well aware of the kind of specifications of the Wii U. That is why I am NOT asking when it will come out. I'm sure it will take several years, whether three or five or ten depending on whoever works on it.

But that's not what I am asking. I thought this was the best place to ask: What is the approximate difficulty of an emulator? That is to say, we all know that the Xbox 360 and the PS3 have weird, exotic processors and architecture like CELL for PS3, which is extremely hard to emulate- even from now, it might take a long time. But on the other hand, the recently revealed Xbox One and the PS4 will both have x86 architecture, making it comparatively EASIER to emulate, almost VERY easy - the only real problem is the hardware, as far as I can see, and soon the consoles will be practically obsolete compared to some high-end PCs. So, since I know very little about these things, I'm asking: On a scale of PS3 to PS4, just how different, how difficult(or easy, maybe?!) is the Wii U?

But that's not what I am asking.

Why would you think that? Most all of us here are just emulation users or post emulation users. Very few of us are developers let alone a developer with processor debugging skills. Designing an emulator has nothing to do with using one. So no its not the best place to ask. though I guess most of us can make a guess based on what we have seen in the past. Wii u, yeah its do-able nothing far fetched. unlike the GC->wii its a new console as opposed to an upgrade so I dont think dolphin will take this one on. I dont believe it will be hard to emulate but with too days hardware, yeah no way. Give it 5-8 years, Nintendo emulators usually come out first. But you seem to know all of that.

compared to PS3 to PS4... You will have a much greater chance seeing a wii-u emulator, IMO.
