Change of Date Format

Is there any way for me to change the format that dates are displayed in?

Currently it is MM-DD-YYYY, I would like to choose DD-MM-YYYY. Most boards allow users to choose a date format, can it be turned on here?

Some forum software allow users to select the date format. I can't find such an option here, sorry.

That's the most common format here in Venezuela...
DD-MM-YYYY and hour format: hh:mm:ss am/pm

I prefer 24-hour format.
