My PC specs good enough to handle MAME or should I buy more RAM and a new video card?

Hello. I've been using emulators for about 5 years now but only got really into it about a few days ago. Anyway, I downloaded MAME and it's running allright but I wanted to show you my PC specs and I'd be interested to know what you guys think about it. Should I buy more RAM or a new video card? I mostly play 2D games but I want them to run smoothly but also to look good.

You should be able to run almost all games from the 90's without problems.

Your Spec is Better than My old PC.My Spec is worse, but can run most mame games.
