NES Emulator - Using TWO players!

Hello!

Does anyone know if TWO players can play at the same time on any of the NES emulators? Games like Double Dribble, Blades of Steel, etc would be fun.

Any suggestions would be great.

Of course you can. Emulators like FCEUltra can be played by two players both on the same computer and on-line.

Excellent. I use FCEUltra. Would you mind explaining how to do it? I have two USB ports in my laptop.

Well, the process is very simple. If you have 2 USB joystics, you should have the drivers installed.

In FCEUltra, go to Config --> Input...

Make sure both ports are set to "Gamepad". Just make the respective assignments on each controller and that's all.

Thanks for the response.

Can one gamepad be ran through a USB, and the other through a serial port? Or do they both need to be USB...

LogMeIn Hamachi is a hosted VPN service that lets you securely extend LAN-like networks
