Ok, cause i got it on my phone now, and downloaded a test rom, but i've got no clue of where to put it-.-

You usually put roms for any emulator on the Android on the SD Card (External Memory).

Yes it's legit, I know friends who use it on their phones and I use it on my computer, runs Birth by Sleep 60 FPS but no music or anything just simple sounds.

Smoother than JPCSP but missing some features.

Smoother and better than jpcsp
Maby games works, but crashes for unknown reasons (memory limits i think) but works wonders
Though the pc version needs a v-sync
