Thread: Converting VBA 1.8.0-511 savestates to be used on VBA-M.

Default Converting VBA 1.8.0-511 savestates to be used on VBA-M.

I've been emulating for years and now I'm doing a FE: The Sacred Stones LP and found out that the audio of the latest VBA emulator is louder and more suitable than the previous version. My problem is if there is any way to somehow use the savestate from the previous VBA version to the latest one, because I'm way far ahead from my journey and I don't want to start over. Please help.

I don't think that the save states are compatible, but I believe that the actual .sav files are. You do have native saving right?

I do, but no matter how I import it, it's nothing. Nothing happening.

Hmm, this question might be best answered in the VBA-M forums, have you tried snooping around there?

The .sav files should work. I've transfered gba save files from different emulators many times, including vba-m and they all worked fine. Make sure the file path/name and save type are the same.
