Default Extracting isos from psx1 cds

I have been ripping my psx1 games since I discovered how great the psx emulators are,but I'm facing some problems with certain games and I was unable to find any answer in older threads.
I would divide the cds of the games into 2 categories:those who contain only one image file and those who apart from the image file also have audio tracks that can played on all cd players.I still haven't found any app for the latter,an app that can extract a playable image from them. For example I have been able to rip and play games like final fantasy and resident evil but not others like tomb raider or time crisis.
I have tried every single program(isobuster, clone cd,ultraiso, iso producer etc.)but none can do it.These games can play directly from my dvd reader but i want to store them in my hard disk.Is there anyone who has faced similar problems?

Well, I'm not a truly expert in this extracting method from the original PSX games. But why you want to do that seriously? The original the better the excitement is.
