I discovered the magic of emulators the other day and started playing pokemon silver nonstop for hours on vba. But then I wanted to trade so I downloaded tgb dual to do so. Now my silver is .sa2 and I am unable to play it on the gb1 slot in tgb dual. When i tried to convert it over to .sav it claimed that it changed the content on the file and now I can't play it in either slots. How do I rectify this problem, Or how can I prevent this from ever happening again?
