why no ps vita emulator

Hi guys I am new to this site and I was wondering if there are any ps vita emulators that are in production right now ?

If you want a PSP emulator sure, there is a really good one. PS Vita however is different, it's a bit early for that.

Emulators take at-least 5-10 years after the release date, you cannot cheat life by downloading system and playing them... well I mean, we could, if more users were hacking and developing it but there aren't and getting a hold of the source code is very unlikely, PPSSPP recently released on Android, but don't expect PSVita emulators until 2015 at the earliest possible date.

The best way to help solve this, si to get a detailed set of instructions on how a PS Vita works, then learn how to program well, and start making a program that works like a Vita.
