Dolphin and possible graphics issues.

I recently decided to try out using Dolphin. Decided I would try playing Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles for nostalgia. I was even to get the game running just fast enough, problem is, once past the "The Game Designers Studios" and the main menu comes up, all I get is white boxes.. I even try clicking about and get the screen to go away, yet after that, it is just a purple screen. No actual game pops up nor is there any sound. I know it is possible to play FFCC on Dolphin, but wondering why this isn't working. Is it a faulty ISO? Or is it something to do with the graphics settings? Any help what so ever, even a link to another ISO that is easy to download would be most appreciated.

It could be anything really. The best way to get that resolved is to ask in the dolphin board. The actual devs are on there and if they can't figure it out you can open a bug.
