So is Dolphin Final Release the best GameCube emulator yet?

I want to play RE4...and cannot wait for the PS2 version.
Does it run fine on Dolphin?And is this the best GC emulator yet?And, the most important thing...Will it run just fine on an AMD643500+ 1GB RAM 6800GT?

If you have an excellent video card sure it does. Dolphing is the best GameCube emulator available but I think they reached the final version so I don't know if they're going to release more versions.

And if you are hoping to play PS2 games on your computer, don't bother to try it. It doesn't work at a decent speed even if you have 1 TB of RAM

GC emus can't really play games.
Some boot but they reach only 20fps and have many textures missing.

Just wait for the PS2 version if you have a PS2.It will have more features anyway.

when my dolphin emu opens the configuration wizard pops up and on step 3 it says "chose plugins". Mine doesnt show any plugins. wat do i do?
