I recently downloaded both MAME64 and MAMEUI64 (both 0.147u4). Some games are looking incredibly blurry in MAMEUI64, but when I try them in MAME64, they look fine. Even the Main Menu screens (the ones accessed by hitting Tab) are really blurry and difficult to read. It almost looks like there is a "shadow" of the image beneath the actual image, if that makes any sense. Again, no problems in Mame64, so I know it's not the Roms or my monitor.
The games I noticed were effected by this are Rastan and Metro Cross.
Not sure if this is a known issue or not, but I can try to provide a screenshot of this if necessary
