Rotating the Directional Pad on SF EX2+

I'm playing Street Fighter EX2 Plus. I am having a really difficult time rotating the directional pad in a full circle to get Zangief's Spinning Piledriver. I know a lot of beginners have a problem with this issue. I can't hook up a PS3 controller to my laptop. So, if anyone knows how to make the 360 degree trick a lot easier on epsxe, let me know. Thanks.

With N-rages plugin you might be able to set make a macro that will press the keys like a 360 rotation, but don't quote me on that.
