How do I make Playstation 2 roms ?

I have a PS 2 game I want to play on my computer. I've downloaded the emulator PSCX2 or something like that. But have do I make PS 2 roms of my own games?

Tell me how I make a PS 2 rom. Which program does I need?

They run a few games at an awful speed (1 fps)
