cant run ssf

hi im new to the whole emulator thing i have got a few different ones running but one i have struggld with is a sega saturn emulator i downloaded from coolroms.com SSF emulator when i click on the application after i have extracted the files i click on the SSf or the SSFa it comes up with a warning message ssf unable to locate component this appliction has failed to start because D3Dcomplier_43.dll was not found reinstalling the applicaton may fix this problem can some one help me i wanna play sega rally and daytona usa

D3Dcomplier_43.dll is part of DirectX. Try to get the latest version of DirectX 9.
