I am trying to get the latest cheat file to work on this emulator (Lets face it, there are still some times when you need to cheat to beat a game). Anyways I have the file in its proper place, made sure the cheat option is checked but when I hit TAB to go into options the cheat option doesn't show up at all...Anyone got any help for me?

Sorry for the late reply. Saw your post on the other thread as well.

For your problem, I really tried it on my uncle's and found out the changes being made, especially the cheat. For the latest version of MAME, cheat option is disabled by default.

To enable it, you need to

1. Run MAME32UI program.
2. Click on Options > Default Game Options > Miscellaneous
3. Tick on "Enable Cheats" (Shown on pic below)
