Emulator Problem: Can't Mount Cue from Sega Cue Maker with DAEMON Tools

After scouring a variety of tutorials, forums, and videos, I got SSF and the Saturn BIOS successfully installed, all the proper functions working, a Guardian Heroes ISO downloaded, all the mp3 files switched to 16-bit wav, Sega CUE Maker properly registered, and even created a cue file there.

Unfortunately, my trial version of DAEMON Tools Pro won't mount the .cue file on the virtual drive. It will mount the .ISO, but not the .cue file. (And with the .ISO mounted, I can only load the opening cinematic of the game before it crashes)

For reference, here is my .cue file;

Doesn't the .cue file just show what order mp3s have to be played in? You're not meant to mount it, you mount the ISO

No you can mount what ever you want, you can burn what ever you want, and some emulators will load a few types directly. From what I recal you need to mount the image in order to use any saturn image. They are just painful emulators. Your best bet is DAEMON but you can try others. Winmount, isobuster, winiso, Alcohol 120%, etc...

No, as noted, .cue is a standard DT-supported format that should indeed be mounted, but for whatever reason, doesn't.

I actually downloaded Alcohol 120% and couldn't mount .cue files there, either. However, this time I got the error message "sampling rate must be 44100". Searching online, I found that this meant the .wav files must be 44.1 KhZ. I don't believe the last .mp3 to .wav converter I used had that as one of the options; can anyone recommend a good free converter to do the conversion through again?
