ArcadePc loader control problems

Hi I have a problem, I downloaded arcadepc loader and set up my xbox pad. but when I play kof 13 it doesn't detect diagonal movements which means I cannot jump forward or do moves that require joystick movement Please advise.

FIXED
I configured the controls to keyboard, then used xpadder to map the keys to my pad.

P.s. there was no button to edit my original post so if an admin could merge this post with the original and put fixed in the title I would be much obliged.
