Default Does this machine make the cut?

    Hi guys,

I want to build a linux system that runs nes, snes, sms, and genesis. Would this machine be able to handle these tasks? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16856119067

    Thanks,
    Ck

It should be okay, but I am not quite sure if there are any good emulators for linux, as far as what you want.

Thanks, I didn't know that. Would this system be ok for Win7 then?

Yeah, it should be fine, you just got to make sure that some of the bloatware you might get doesn't tax the Atom processor, that processor is mainly for small notebooks afterall. I would use XP, but im not sure if it would be compatible with your setup.

Yeah XP is the best OS for emulation. The win 7 needs more ram and it will slow down emulation.I'm still using Win XP for emulation and the Win 7 for main purposes.
