Emulator Problem: This is my first post

I have tons of questions I need help I'm trying to find an emulator to play games from coolrom.com and I have one rom already downloaded I've been all over the web trying to find an emulator for my android for free its the gravity smart I've got T-mobile and id love to play pokemon and final fantasy and such on here
