Running game on PC SX2 doesn't work - could you help me?

Good day.

Some years ago, I had Crash Bandicoot 1, 2, 3 and I was playing it on PlayStation. Now, I want to try play Crash Bandicoot 4 (The Wrath of the Cortex), but I want to play it on computer (it's better). So I downloaded PC SX2, added BIOS and created ISO file from BIN a CUE file of Crash Bandicoot 4. And I was trying to run it, but with no success.

It was still doing strange vioces and still writting message:

GIFTAG warning, size exceeded VU memory size 3ff

It doesn't work. And I don't know why. Could you help me? Thanks.

Thank you, but I already figured out what's problem... My video card doesn't support SSE (or something like that) and ShaderModel... It's sad that PlayStation 2 from many years ago has better graphics than my old compter

SSE is a instruction set used by the Central Processing Unit (CPU) shader models are Pixel,Vertex shading units used by a Graphics card.

So, If I can be annoying bit more, how am I able to make my CPU supporting SSE?

I'm sorry but I don't understand computer from technicall side...

If I want to make my computer support ShaderModel 3.0 (required for Skyrim, for example) I need better Graphic card.

And might that Graphics card also make my computer support SSE, or I need buy another stuff?

You need a Newer processor.The best for PCSX2 is Core2Duo,Core2Quad,Intel Core i3,i5,i7.

hey there guys could anyone help me out. i try to run a game on my pcsx2 0.9.6. when i run the game it says "supported pixel shader version is too low.supported 0.0 selected 2.0". Do i have to config it or something or if there is any other way plz tell me i will be very thankful!

Okay, If I understand it well, I need newer processor for support SSE and also newer graphics card to support Shader Model 3.0 (I will need it for another game, but still better have it also for this). These two stuffs. I'm sorry If I'm too big dump I only want to be sure If I understand.
