Thread: Dolphin Emulator Issue

    Post Dolphin Emulator Issue

So I downloaded the dolphin emulator for Gamecube and Wii games, and for the most part everything goes as it should. However when I try to start up the game (The game I try to play is Animal Crossing) it shows an error message saying "Failed to allocate executable memory." If anyone could help with a solution to this issue that would be great. Oh and it's the 32-bit Dolphin emulator. If you require any more information just say.

Here they are, however I'm not even quite sure if these are the right things, as I'm not the most computer savvy person. So, please do correct me if I'm wrong.

You don't have enough RAM by the looks of it

Is there a way to free up some space in my RAM, or no. I have successfully emulated Gameboy advance games, however, I'm not sure if that takes up as much RAM.

Not really. XP for a start uses a lot of RAM, and Dolphin is a resource-intensive emulator

The proper way to check your pc specs is to right click My Computer then press properties. And you will see your CPU and RAM info!
