Alright so i know alot of people are going to reply off the bat with spec. issues but i assure you this problem happen to even the high grade PCs. I have fiddled around with the setting all over but cant seem to get it to run faster that 32 FPS. I have tried it all, even on another higher grade PC and i cant seem to find the reason for this issue. I tried LLE, Lower internal resolutions, etc. Has anyone found the solution to get a higher FPS on Dolphin???
