    Default Crappy ESPXE Performance :(.

I recently came into the world of emulation and have come to want to reach the goal of succesfully playing my PSX collection on my PC. But for some reason even using Pete's drivers performance is horrible. Im running the following system:

    AMD 2500+ Barton
Nvidia GeForce 2 MX100 (Know its not that good but it should still run EPSXE FINE)
    1GB PC3200 Ram
and Abit NF7-S Rev 2.0 Motherboard.

Curious if anyone could give me tips to fix the problem.

    Thanks in advance.

In the graphics plugin setup, click the button marked "fast" to set the configuration options to non-system intensive ones. If it then runs at a decent speed, you know that it must have been something in your configuration, and you can set it up your own way, leaving out the slow part by deduction.

Agree with Willy but adding some more :
Set the fps setting to 60 after you click on fast setting.
