Default Kega Fusion Skipping on Windows 7 64-bit?

I am trying to play Sonic CD in Fusion 3.64, but it skips and is very choppy, and slows down then fasts forward randomly. What can I do to fix it?

Okay, here they are (it's an older one):
    Lenovo ThinkCenter
    Windows 7 Professional 64-bit SP1
    Intel Core 2 Duo E8200, 2.66 GHZ
    2 GB DDR2 RAM
Intel Q35 Express Chipset Family Integrated Graphics
156GB Western Digital SATA Hard Drive
Some kind of generic audio card.

Hmm, Windows 7 requires AT LEAST 1GB RAM, and integrated graphics cards use a lot of memory, however, I don't know how much memory Fusion requires. Try disabling unnecessary processes from task manager. You could also try using a different copy of the iso, it may be corrupted. Also, try just messing with the graphics settings.

Okay, I just changed the refresh rate in my graphics driver, which seems to have done the trick. Odd that a random setting like that would make such a difference.
