Emulator Problem: Multiplayer Help

Hello everyone I'm new the forum and emulating in general and I need help with how to play multiplayer with 2 PS3 controllers. I connected both controllers using the DS3 Tool and they work but when I try to set up the controller configuration, it only works on 1 of them.

By the way I am using Fusion 3.64.
