    Question Normal speed at 200% for VGB

    I saved my game earlier today and shut my laptop down and got back on just now. The speed back then was normal but now it's at 200% without me hitting spacebar. when hit spacebar it jumps to 490%-510%

    Any way I can fix the default speed? Thanks!

    I like the speed when I need it.. but I don't wana speed thru all my games :c

    The game I'm playing is Pokemon emerald for the visual gameboy
