Model 2 Emulator issue?

Hey guys, if you are wondering, HEY THIS ISN'T A SEGA SYSTEM, POST THIS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!, please notice that Model 2 Emulators are specially made for Sega Arcade games that don't run on MAME.

My problem is, that when I'm playing on Model 2 Emulator on my computer, it says a problem about something like dx_d9***.dll is missing, then exits the program. (I cant remember the *s.) I think it has something to do with DirectX. Please give any links needed.

Choose the manual install, then move the dll to the Model 2 root folder.
