Is there anyway to make it stop lagging and skiping? I have all the requirements and frame skip is on 0. But it skips and lags all the time... Dose it do this to everyone?

Me? no...
Change frame skipping to 2 or 4 and change to 320x240x16 or 640x480x16 and use the latest VBA version.
