Default Should this computer work with most emulators. New computer build help

Hey Ive done some research but help is always nice. i was thinking of getting this motherboard cpu combo http://www.e-itx.com/ve-900.html, do you guys think this would be enough to run some of the emulators like MAME, NES, and SNES? what about PS1 or Dreamcast? PS2 seems too much...
I guess i wanted it to be a complete home theatre/video game system. This would be my first complete computer build. Does it appear i would need anything other than this, a case, 2.5' hdd, RAM, power source, and then an OS?
And then would their be a good windows frontend that could handle multiple emulators.

    Thanks

it looks like it would be able to run up to PS1 or N64, but ps2 or Wii might be pushing it.

Up it to a quad core and you will have no problems atall with any emulator with that set up!
