Nulldc won't boot/work!

For some reason, nulldc will NOT work for me....no matter what I do. I have a pretty beefy rig (3+ghz processor, Radeon 5800, 6 gig ram) and have no problems with any other emulators. In fact, I can run the old nulldc without issues, it's the newly revised that will not even load for me. I have all updated Directx runtimes. Anybody know what it could be?

if You Have it
You Need To Select The GD-Rom
You Must Extrack The ISO File To Get The CDI File
And You Well Boot nullDC
