Hey.. anyone have pcsx controller issues for the Mac snow leopard???

So i got my pcsx and my first game was FF7.

It worked fine with my ps3 controller... then i got diablo, grandia, and Lords of Dragoon.

As diablo worked fine with my ps3 controller under analog pad Grandia and Lords of Dragoon did not... but they worked as digital pad with my keyboard. That alone was mind boggling but now when i open Lords of Dragoon or Grandia it acts as if someone is holding the down D pad and pressing x. I redownloaded the pcsx after uninstalling the first one(deleting my FF7 saved file which really hurt me lol) and it does the same thing... i uninstalled the games and it still does the same thing.... So all the games that did not work with my ps3 controller are having this issue and all the ones that did work with my ps3 controller are working fine..... So i was just wondering if anyone has seen this issue or might have an idea of what i should do..i would really appreciate the help and i will let everyone if and when i get it working what i did to fix the issue.. Try using your controller on ePSXe with those games.

ePSxe works on snow leopard? And do I have too uninstall my current pcsx emu??
