    Default Combined Emulator Interface

    Hi

I am looking at constructing a PC unit that would allow a user to select from a range of emulators to play a game from a variety of computer types.

So, I would like to be able to offer users the opportunity to play a game for the ZX-*1, ZX-Spectrum, Amiga, etc.

Is there such an interface and what problems am I likely to meet?

Thanks for any help. This is to accompany a display of old technological systems and devices within a college.

hundreds. IMO there are two main front ends.
    1) QuickPlay
    2) HyperSpin

QP is more like a computer front end, its laid out like a data base. Its my personal favorite. On the left ( configurable ) you pic the system you want, then select the game form the list. You can do anything with this Front end, like running before and after scripts. It also supports 7zip opening. The code is open and the team that runs things are here

HS is more for an arcade/pc cab system. Its a fancy-dancy front end with images galore. You run things from a joystick or likes. I have not used it much.
