sure but you need to make sure of two things.
1) they dont use dedicated hardware. For example hardware acceleration, or a joystick.
2) the emulator works out of focus. ( not all do )
ps: I dont know what a me3 is.
I think he means Mass Effect 3 for the pc.
Then no... I bet the game will hug just about everything. If you have 2 controller and use a snes emulator with 0 hardware acceleration it may workl. Though if you run your computer game in fullscreen mode, it will get knocked out when you lose focus. This is part of windows, no easy way around it.
